**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the flow of documents between departments and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Organise documents in a secure manner and ensure that they are easily accessible to authorised personnel.
- Maintain records of document changes and versions.
- Ensure that all documents are properly stored and archived.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and compliance.
- Train personnel on document control procedures.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
