**Job detail**s Document Controller**

**Salary: £25,000-£30,000**

**Hours**:Total 40 Hours per week
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm**

**Contract**:Permanent**

*** Day-to-day***:
No two days are the same. However, here are some example of what you day may look like'
- Respond to requests for documents and make requests for document
- Check that Drawing Issue sheets are updated with latest issue
- Trackers are updated with information
- Project set up for document control and roll out, ensure protocol is met
- Run reports to check for workflows, RFI, QA rejected documents, code comments
- QA checking documents to ensure compliant with project correct logo, numbering convention, template
- Distribution of documents on external site in workflows and transmittals
- Setting up distribution lists
- Understand the protocol and system for each project responsible for
- Working with the project team to ensure documents are issued to client deadlines
- Setting up new users on projects and setting their rights
- Ensure workflows liaising with team to plan and resource
- Project closedown and archiving
