**About the role**:
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people right across the UK to join our team to perform high quality home surveys with a “WOW” customer experience.

**You do not need to have previous heat pump or heating experience as full training will be delivered by our experts at our training centre, the Aira Academy.**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Understanding the customers needs and assess the property’s heat pump installation feasibility and translate it into a quote at the customers’ house.
- Converting home visits into sales by presenting offers.
- Representing Aira and providing customers with the best possible experience during the home visits, always being polite, professional and knowledgeable.
- Being fully prepared to provide trustworthy, accurate, and engaged advice to help homeowners make the right choice to reduce their family's energy bill and carbon footprint by heating their home with clean energy.
- Accurately completing surveys with mínimal disruption to the homeowner, you'll need to always work efficiently and look to optimize your time in a customer’s home.

**What we would like you to have***:
We will provide all necessary Air Source Heat Pump training at our own Aira Academy's throughout the UK, however we need you to have the following:

- A passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A keen eye for detail, and the ability to understand, and find a solution to our customer's problems.
