**About The Role**:

**What You’ll Be Doing**

The role will be responsible for ensuring any new services being carried across product portfolios will be accepted into service by the business-as-usual assist teams.

In managing the delivery of relevant Service Documentation, the role will:

- Create / amend the design of assistance models to enable the organisation to aid new or changed services.
- Be responsible for the service impact assessment to agree on the level of service introduction required.
- Identify service acceptance criteria and build Early Life Assist Approach and Warranty.
- Manage warranty period/early life maintenance and proposed service transition plan with stakeholders and project team.
- Be aware of and pass on Service Implementation methodology gaining assistance for the process and drive improvement of deliverables.
- Drive Service Readiness Criteria across all assist teams, ensuring the status and progress of actions are clear and visible to all stakeholders from Service Impact Assessment through to BAU handover.
- Engage and influence product management to confirm that service specific work products developed meet the acceptance criteria and are fit for purpose.
- Manage 3rd party provision in backing of Service Readiness actions and compliance

**About You**:

**Essential experience required**:

- Experience with the Implementation of Service Deliverables in a product environment.
- Experience of Project management methodologies for waterfall and agile development.
- Essential experience of working in a complex, pressurised production environment.
- Working in Agile\Devops\SafE models

**Advantageous Criteria**:

- ITIL V4/V3 Foundation with further qualification Lifecycle Cert in Service Transition
- Accomplished to degree level or equivalent
- Use of Microsoft Office Products
- Financial services experience would be desirable.
- Hours: 35 - Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm
