We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Transport Administrator to work within our Logistics Team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience within Transport, Logistics or Shipping and who are looking for a fast-paced role in a truly unique industry.

**Your working pattern will be 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm.**

**We would require someone to work 2 out of 4 Saturdays which would be paid at overtime.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide the efficient movement and safe delivery of artwork to our Retail and Third-Party galleries.
- Liaising with the Transport Planner and drivers to ensure the planned routes are effectively executed.
- Liaise with the drivers ensuring all relevant packaging needs are highlighted and available.
- Highlight and action any van servicing and maintenance requirements.
- Assist in end of day operations including driver de-briefs and highlighting any concerns or issues to Transport Supervisor
- Monitor driver POD adherence and reporting any non
- compliance to Transport Supervisor.
- Interaction with our Galleries on the scheduling of Gallery Technicians
- Following the correct purchasing systems to ensure transport costs are controlled and monitored.

- Great administration and IT skills to record all relevant paperwork.
