Transport Fleet Administrator

**About the Role
- Managing the Fleet compliance, ensuring planned inspections / MOTS / LOLER Checks/Weight Tests are completed as planned and on time
- Ensuring all vehicle/trailer documentation is compliant and in line with legal requirements before filing correctly
- Ensure all electronic & office wall planners are up to date, and vehicle files are audit ready
- Make sure we are compliant and operating within the O license undertakings
- Dealing and liaising with onsite and offsite third party service providers
- Covering the transport admin role when cover is needed (rotating shifts)
