Franchise Legal and Team Coordinator

**Summary**:
This role will provide efficient, thorough and flexible support to the Group Compliance and Security Manager and the Operations team. The role is dynamic and as a result the nature of the support required will vary from day-to-day, working closely with both the Head Office and Operational teams as necessary.
Key responsibilities will include general administrative support, communicating effectively with stakeholders and ensuring that records are well maintained. There is also a requirement for analysis of data and presenting this through the use of detailed reports and PowerPoint.
A high level of competence with Microsoft Office and other basic software is required. Knowledge of systems such as PowerBi, iAuditor and ACT is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided. Experience of contractual legal matters and franchise agreements or working with franchises is also desired, but not essential.

**Required Experience / Characteristics**:
- Ability to work confidently within an experienced team
- Able to work with a team and alone, possessing high levels of drive and initiative
- Exceptional organisational skills
- IT literate with strong competence in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Friendly self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to be flexible
- Demonstrable experience of providing efficient administrative support in an office environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels
- Excellent personal responsibility
**Desirable Experience / Characteristics**:
- Interest in gaining experience in a growing business.
- Experience of using client/information management software (or willingness to learn).
- Legal administration
- Customer service/customer delivery
- Experience within the franchise industry and/or franchise agreements
**Package**:
**Hours**: Hours including weekends Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
**Location**:1 Castle Court, Brewhouse Lane, London, SW15 2JJ
**Holidays**: 22 days per year + statutory holidays. Holidays are to be booked in full for the year ahead in January of each year this is to support the extensive training programme and site opening delivery
**Notice period**: 6 weeks
**Starting salary**: £24,500.00 per year
