As a result of continued growth and expansion, Derma Group Ltd is looking for a highly motivated, flexible individual who is able to carry out a number of daily administrative tasks as well as carry out a number of initial outbound welcome calls, to our potential customer enquiries, so an outbound sales background and gneral sales flair would definitely be an advantage.

Please note that this role is to initially book in telephone appointments with our prospective customers as well as carry out various administrative tasks. Once further experience and knowledge is gained, this role has the opportunity to transition into more of a direct sales role, closing sales yourself, however this will be taught over a period of time.

**Starting salary - £ 10.00 per hour + sales commission bonus based on monthly and annual sales performance.**

**Working hours - Monday to Friday - 10am - 4pm, no weekend work**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage our inbound sales and marketing enquiries using our CRM system
- Be the first point of contact to each and every sales and marketing enquiry that the business recieves
- Book in initial telephone appointments with our Sales and Educations Manager to discuss our products and services in further detail
- Manage the sales pipeline, from our inbound customer enquiries
- Have a polite, professional and friendly personality to ensure our potential customers are welcomed and greeted into the business in a professional manner
- Make the initial outbound welcome telephone call, after the customer has enquired about our product/s or services to book in further appointments with them
- Present the customer with a courtesy message and ask initial questions to customer to discover which products they are interested in, ready to book in a more detailed appointment with our sales and educations manager
- Answer any questions the customer has initially, from your initial welcome call
- If the opportunity presents itself and you have the knowledge and experience to do so, be able to close sales from an initial welcome call, if not, arrange an appointment with them to be put through to our Sales and Educations Manager to close the sale.
- Be able to keep each enquiry warm and be able to sell our products when opportunity presents for you to do so.
- Building relationships with prospective customers over a period of time
- Enter and update / log customer information
- Work closely with Sales and Educations Manager to process sales and constantly communicate any updates
- Keep records of calls and sales and note any useful information for later use
- Provide customers with initial information and book in any warmer calls with our Sales and Educations Manager to close
- Track progress of the leads and help with nurturing all customer enquiries
- Work closely with our marketing team on any required administrative tasks

**Essential Requirements**
- Ability to explain products and introduce in a consultive manner
- Have a warm, friendly and polite personality with excellent customer service skills
- Posess a highly positive and enthusiastic personality
- Is confident with an excellent clear voice and professional telephone manner
- Proven track record of successfully meeting targets, preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them in a professional and friendly manner to customers / prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and engagemenet communicator
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Computer literate - Word, Excel, Sales CRMs, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently and be responsible for own workload and time
