Group Corporate Administrator

Halliwell Jones (Chester) is looking for a Group Corporate Administrator.
**Your role**
The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Sales, Aftersales and Bodyshop. On offer is a competitive salary, ongoing training and great career progression opportunities.
Your responsibilities:
- To ensure the efficient administration of all new corporate sales for BMW and MINI Sales.
- To provide administration to the Group Corporate Sales Team.
- Precise handling of the online ordering system, including quoting, invoicing and taxing of vehicles.
- Liaising with Workshop and Logistics department, booking deliveries, and communicating with Leasing Companies.
- Communicate with both internal and external customers.
**Your profile**
- Working knowledge of Kerridge / Drive would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
- Able to demonstrate a positive can do attitude and team player mentality
- Precise attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm when working under pressure
- Good numeric skills
- Good organisational skills
- Customer focused
- Ability to manage own workload, but prepared to help others where needed
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the centre location
