You will participate in safety inductions, deliver safety related training, manage safety records and reporting any accidents, collisions and near misses. You will liase with the Health and Safety Officer in the West Midlands to ensure that there is a consistent approach across the charity, and with the Executive Leadership Team in reporting trends, patterns and risk. You will be the go to person on health and safety in the NE, ensuring that each site has appropriately trained Fire Marshals, Health and Safety Representatives and First Aid trained staff.

**Special Conditions**
