We are looking for an amazing Marketing Specialist to join our Professional Services marketing team, making crucial contributions to messaging and positioning, event activations, content development, customer story creation, and more.
In this role you will bring our core value of Customer Success to life through internal and external communications, standout presentations, keynotes, website and enablement content, and activation campaigns to name a few.
Working with an extended global team, you will support the awareness and consideration of Professional Services internally and externally for our customers. This role will keep on top of market trends in digital transformation, incorporating fresh ideas andinsights into messaging and content.

You will have a couple of years’ experience within marketing form the technology sector ideally within B2B. Spanish or Portuguese language skills is a bonus.
Primary Product Marketing Responsibilities:

- Advance Professional Services position as the world's leading transformation experts
- Create and maintain marketing assets including pitch decks, keynote presentations and enablement materials
- Collaborate with department leaders and extended teams to create and develop impactful and innovative customer-facing presentations
- Work with Core and CSG Marketing teams to develop and tell integrated Professional Services stories
- Confidently deliver presentations to internal and external audiences of all sizes
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Content: Responsible for the creation and agency management for customer-facing content for external awareness and consideration campaigns (blogs, ebooks, videos, white papers, and infographics)
- Customer Proof Points: responsible for preparing customer proof points (stories, web stories, use cases, references, videos) for use by Salesforce Professional Services sellers in across EMEA and LATAM
- Develop required GEO-specific messaging and positioning
- Ensure best practices by working with Professional Services Customer Marketing leads (core, CSG), GEO-specific PMMs, and Global Campaigns leads
- Prepare reports to document the impact of our work
- Solicit and integrate feedback from geo-specific stakeholders into planning
Experience and

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in tech marketing, B2B a plus
- Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
- Excellent slide prep, storytelling, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to successfully drive projects with mínimal guidance
- Able to occasionally work flexible hours outside of 9 am to 5 pm to accommodate international team's time zones
- Energetic, innovative, creative, and above all a positive problem-solving attitude
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Plus: Experience working on industry-specific programs.
- Plus: Fluent in written and spoken Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, or German
