My client is looking for an experienced Administrator.

Our clients specialise in manufacturing and supplying within the world of leak detection, oil stroage & drainage services. They are looking for an administrator/trainee estimator who will work towards progression within the company to become an Estimator.

The Usual Working Week:

- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5pm

**Responsibilities**:
Excellent IT skills to assure of confidence using CRM systems & Microsoft packages

Costing estimates and preparing word quotes from opportunities in an accurate and timely manner

Attention to detail whilst working under pressure

Logging quotations onto the Microsoft CRM system

Provide admin support to the sales team

Monitor and update the CRM system to provide an accurate position of proposal activities

Identify any specialist materials/services and sending enquiries to suppliers/merchants

Be customer focused. building long term relationships with clients

Liaise with all departments

Key Requirements:
Excellent IT skills

A self motivated and enthusiastic approach

The ability to work on your own initiative

A flexible approach to work

A team focus with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people at all levels

Excellent communication skills, particulary over the phone

A professional manner and the commitment to maintain the company's high standards of service and the delivery of a qaulity product.
