An exciting fixed-term opportunity has arisen within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for a support worker to work as part of our Intensive Intervention Risk Management (IIRMS) Service, Options for Change +. This service forms part of the community OPD (Offender Personality Disorder) Pathway service provision within Probation across Nottinghamshire and aims to support high risk individuals successfully navigate the transition from prison to living back in the community.

We are committed to working in partnership with the National Probation service

If this sounds like a directorate you would like to join
- we would like you to be part of our team. You should be enthusiastic, motivated, person-focused and enjoy a challenge. Previous knowledge or experience of OPD services and their underlying ethos is beneficial.
