**Location**: West Hertfordshire County Council

**Hourly Rate**: £30-£32 (Ltd / UMBRELLA)

**Your Impactful Role**:
**Safeguarding Excellence**: Put your experience to work as you manage concerns, facilitate Case Conferences, and uphold safeguarding principles with precision.

**Compliance Champion**: Fulfill your responsibilities under section 42 of the Care Act and navigate local safeguarding frameworks expertly.

**Person-Centered Care**: Embrace Making Safeguarding Personal principles, ensuring that individuals voices are heard and their choices respected.

**Proactive Stance**: Respond swiftly to safeguarding concerns, maintain meticulous records, and craft safeguarding plans that prioritize risk mitigation.

**Collaboration Catalyst**: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, seek the perspectives of vulnerable adults, and conduct capacity assessments and best interest decisions as needed.

**Leadership Luminary**: Lead investigations, contribute to case conferences, and identify opportunities for additional assessments or interventions.

**Your Qualifications**:
**Experience Matters**: Bring your wealth of experience as a senior practitioner were looking for seasoned professionals, not newcomers.

**Balance Speed and Precision**: Navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining a personal touch and demonstrating tech-savviness.

**Safeguarding Savvy**: Showcase your understanding of Safeguarding best practices, policies, and legal requirements. Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act is essential.
