**HR Assistant UK**
HR Assistant supporting the TUV’s Human Resources Department in the daily administration of its activities. To cover all TUV companies (UK and some overseas entities). Work LocationTUV Offices in Shirley, Solihull
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Manager
- Compile and update employee records using local system (HRonline) and Global HR tool (myHR)
- Follow up on HR Development projects (Talents retention) and initiate new plans for retention
- Deal with employee queries regarding Human Resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in the handling of complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct initial induction to newly hired employees
- General Administrative support and assistance with the follow-up of HR campaigns and projects

**Education**
HR-related degree or equivalent and/or three years or more experience in HR or related position.

**Experience & Further Qualifications**
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Knowledge of employment law and human resources responsibilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Able to work independently

**Salary/Rates**:
