Overview

Reed.co.uk are looking for a Graduate CRM Assistant to support our CRM team, based in Holborn, Central London.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact between the CRM team and our Sales and Commercial teams
- Build campaigns within our Braze platform using targeting and segmentation tools
- Ensure requested campaigns always follow our best practice guidelines
- Maintain the “Sold Product” planning calendar
- Ensure information received from campaign requests is accurate, and chase missing information when necessary
- Provide a weekly round-up of campaign results

Skills and Experience
- Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Highly organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Tenacious spirit

Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible to work and located in the UK
