**Overview**

As we continue to evolve the sophistication of our customer interactions, we’re looking for a Head of CRM to join our marketing department. This person will deliver personalisation at scale and will oversee the creation of sophisticated, cross-channel retentionstrategies for our customers. They will have demonstrable experience in efficiently and effectively managing a state-of-the-art campaign delivery system while also displaying a passion for digging into customer trends and behaviours. As such they will be comfortablecommissioning and working with analysis and insight, be commercially minded and will be a natural leader.We’re looking for someone who is either at the senior manager level and is looking for a step up, or someone who has established themselves in a similarrole. You will have hands-on experience building, running and optimising multiple campaigns across various CRM platforms.

**The role and experience required**:

- Own and deliver data-driven CRM and retention strategies
- Experience guiding internal and agency teams on existing ad-hoc campaign management
- Align with Product and Engineering teams to align on road maps
- Define, monitor and report on KPIs for customer engagement programmes
- Ensuring quality assurance of campaign delivery across all CRMs
- Able to commission quality analysis, and report back performance to the senior management team and C-suite
- Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to integrate CRM into wider marketing activities
- Research, scope, and implement, new user messaging opportunities
- Assist the branding teams in providing a consistent user experience across all CRM touchpoints
- Able to articulate and relay the company vision, mission and values in all of their activities
- Strong experience in campaign delivery systems
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Has a passion for the development and growth of team members and direct reports
