**Comms**: 5-10% on deals
**Hours**: 8:45 am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Inside Avenue Recruitment is recruiting for an exceptional Office Broker to join the ever-growing team of a dynamic workspace search and design consultancy in the City of London area.

Our client specialises in matching businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs with flexible workspace solutions (private, managed, serviced/coworking), primarily in London.

We are currently seeking exceptional sales professionals, ideally with 1-2yrs of Office Search / B2B sales experience who have:

- Experience in sourcing/generating their own leads
- Experience in cold-calling to find their own business and brokering deals from start to finish.
- An existing network of prospective clients (beneficial)

**Role includes but is not limited to**:

- Sourcing leads to cold call and generate new business.
- Qualifying leads to ascertain their requirements and provide clients with options for office spaces, guiding the client through the process of securing office space and assisting in negotiating their deal with workspace providers
- Liaise with clients over the phone and through face-to-face meetings
- Strong ability to network, attend competitor events and building launches with serviced office providers
- Work closely with office providers to ensure a profitable relationship for both sides
- Working to challenging monthly sales and KPI targets
- Managing short and long-term sales cycles through to completion
- Inputting accurate data onto the company CRM system to record communication history with each client

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the workspace sales process
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- You will be comfortable with communicating with clients over the phone with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Ability to prioritise among competing tasks
- Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team
- Office search sales experience is strongly preferred but not necessary as training can be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
