**BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR**

**STRATFORD**

**FULL TIME**

**£20,000 (rising to £21,000 within 6 months)**

A successful independent business within the medical field is looking for a **Branch Administrator** to join their established friendly team.

As a **Branch Administrator** you will be provide administrative support to the team as well as providing front desk reception support to customers coming in. In this busy role you will pride yourself on providing an exceptional customer experienceto all customers in person and over the telephone.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

As **Branch Administrator**your key duties will include:

- Greeting and meeting clients as they arrive, taking them through the registration process
- Preparing, updating and filing data records accurately
- Taking phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining daily cash sales books
- Sterilizing and general cleanliness of the shop floor and procedure rooms
- File preparation for customers

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**

To be considered for the **Branch Administrator** role, you must have:

- Administration skills to include - Word, Excel and Outlook
- A professional telephone manner and empathetic nature
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- A passion for customer service and providing a friendly and professional service to customers
- Confidence to talk to a range of different people
