We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a family fun business in Stratford on a temporary ongoing basis. The position will involve working Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm however there may be some flexibility.
The role will pay a maximum of £25,000 for an experienced Sales Administrator. Please note, due to company location you must drive and have your own transport.
Main duties:
Answering the phone and taking messages
Responding to customer enquiries through social media and online shops
Ordering parts
Process online sales
Postal duties
Managing stock and ordering stationary etc
Liaise with the warehouse regarding customer orders/ stock checks
Person specification:
Previous experience within a sales administration/order processing role
Confident talking to customers over the phone
Ideally have immediate availability to start
Drive and have own transport
