We are looking for an organised, motivated and reliable Office Administrator to be part of our dedicated team based in Fleet, Hampshire.

We’re looking for someone with administration experience to help with the management of SEO services, running the office, bookkeeping and payroll. You will support other team members with administration, customer service and digital marketing activities.

Full on-the-job training will be given, as well as opportunities to learn with online courses.

This is a very varied role, with every day being different in terms of what you will be doing, and which clients and team members you will be working with.

**Key duties and responsibilities**

Managing the bookkeeping and payroll using Xero (training provided)

Helping the team create online content using various software tools

Organising and running the office, and organising team social events
- Results driven with a commitment to working to high standards
- Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks
- A team player with a hands-on, can do approach
- Diligent, conscientious with high attention to detail
- Pro-active and sociable with a positive outlook
- Level-headed, enthusiastic and engaging
- Positive and professional both in the office, and out with clients and contacts

**Experience Required**
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative (or equivalent) position
- Excellent written and verbal skills

**Desirable Experience**
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and digital marketing.
