**Hours**: Monday to Friday between 8:30am-3:30pm. Part time options may be available but you will need to be available to work 3 full days as a minimum.

Masterclass Education are currently recruiting for passionate and positive support staff to join their warm and welcoming SEN schools within Surrey and parts of West Sussex.

Our schools offers high quality Education through individualised lesson plans - tailored to every student’s needs. Main lessons are focussing on a holistic approach, teaching the students life skills to become as independent in their lives as possible.

Class sizes are maximum 12 students with a large number of support staff, due to the students’ complex needs. Your daily responsibilities are to support the students through out their school day, making sure that they thrive and develop.

The schools are offering fully funded Teaching Assistant qualifications to make sure that you are in constant progression throughout your career.

It is important to note that due to the student’s communication challenges, you will occasionally experience challenging behaviour. However, you will have a strong team around you to give you both training and support.
