**This is a Full time Permanent role, working 39 hours per week.**

**Starting hourly rate**:£13 per hour. (£12.50ph plus a 50 pence per hour shift enhancement) This company offers many progression opportunities

**Shift Pattern**: The company work on a **Rotating Shift pattern of Morning's and Afternoon's **which alternate weekly (EARLY FINISHES ON FRIDAYS) _**_ _Staff _**MUST**_ _be able to work on both alternate shifts as set out below: _
- _**Mornings**_ - Monday to Thursday 6am - 2pm, Friday 6am - 1pm
- _**Afternoons**_- Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm, Friday 1pm - 8pm

*There is often the opportunity for additional paid overtime during busy periods.

**Our Client** is a well established, Global Food Manufacturer of various food Ingredients. They specialise in flavoured butters, oils, marinades, glazes, rubs and sauces for all major UK retailers and are also expanding into food service markets.

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a **lovely well organised company** who really look after their staff The role would be joining their friendly food production/packing line teams. There is also many opportunities for progressions within the business.

Due to company growth, we are on the lookout for keen, reliable individuals who ideally has had previous food production/manufacturing experience. Who would like to join our friendly packing teams and make a difference in a reputable business

**The job role**: Working within friendly teams, the role is steady paced on a production line in a food factory environment, with some heavy lifting up to 25kg involved. The role would involve a variety of different tasks depending on the order, including attention to detail, conducting end of line duties which include weighing, mixing, hand packing and filling of food ingredients, labelling, and cutting items operating simple key machinery.

**Please note - Food safety & Hygiene protocol**: As you will be handling food, you will be required to follow the food hygiene protocol with hand washing, and with wearing the appropriate PPE provided daily, which includes wearing a hair net, ear defenders (occasionally), a poppered white jacket and white slip on shoes (All Supplied).

**If you wear Jewellery**:All Jewellery (except wedding band), piercings, nail polish/extension will need to be fully removed prior to starting work.

**Previous experience in Food production is required** - We are ideally looking for staff who has had previous experience working in food production Full on the job training, PPE & induction will be provided.
