Food Production Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Production Operative to join our team at a leading food production company. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating production line equipment, following recipes and production guidelines, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow recipes and production guidelines to prepare food products
  • Monitor product quality and perform regular quality checks
  • Package finished products accurately and in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized production area
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
