An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Crisis Response Lead to join our CISO team

**What you'll be doing**:
As Crisis Response Lead, you'll be responsible for managing, owning and invoking the Crisis Management Framework, Testing Strategy & Schedule and associated documents, plans and processes. Reporting into the Head of Operational Resilience & Crisis Management, you will support them and the wider team in contributing to all Operational Resilience programme activities. You will also:

- Be a member and lead of the 24/7 on call crisis response rota responding to crises across the group.
- Own and lead in delivering crisis management and operational resilience programme activities including; running workshops, scenario development, exercise planning, delivery and facilitation, document maintenance and reporting
- Promote awareness of the DLG operational resilience and crisis management standards, plans and processes. Provide advice and guidance to ensure adherence to policies, Minimum Standards and industry good practices.
- Be responsible for maintaining the emergency communications systems and associated technology platforms ensuring key contacts and staff are appropriately covered by this system. Conduct regular testing to validate the effectiveness of this system.

**Who you'll be working with**:
As a key member of the Operational Resilience & Crisis Management team you'll find yourself coming into contact with a range of colleagues from across the business, including Risk, the Major Incident Management Team, Business Service Owners and third party suppliers.

**What we're looking for**:
You'll need to have experience in crisis management with a thorough understanding of the following best practices and standards such as:

- BS11200- Crisis Management - Guidance and Good Practice;
- ISO22361 - security and resilience - Crisis Management;
- FCA (PS21/3), & PRA (SS1/21, PS6/21) - Operational Resilience Policy Statements;
- PRA (PS7/21) - Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management, and
- ISO22301- Business Continuity Management.

With a collaborative approach, you'll have experience implementing and operating effective crisis management good practice and possess a high standard of presentation and business report writing.

Ideally, you will have experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries.
