This role, through leading by example is to motivate and lead a sales team to deliver against sales expectations compliantly, and with excellent customer satisfaction, whilst delivering against own personal sales targets

Our site based on Gloucester Business Park offers a fresh modern space with fantastic facilities on the doorstep, easily accessed by public transport and with plenty of on-site car parking available too. We offer flexibility in hours and location with the option to work from home 3 days per week. When you are working from the office, you can take advantage of our wellbeing events and options which are regularly ran from the office and have included flu vaccination clinics, outdoor Pilates, back and posture assessments along with free healthy snacks. like to socialise?? We run regular funded social activities along with our annual Summer and Christmas events.

**Requirements of a Team Sales Leader**
- Responsibility for the performance of a team of sales members
- Ability to motivate, inspire through coaching for improved performance.
- First class communication and interpersonal skills.
- Abiility to personally deliver consistently against sales targets.
- Flexibility and adaptability, working well under pressure and being able to balance delivering own results and support team to deliver their target.
- High levels of personal drive, with a passion for delivering compliant sales results
- Can clearly and concisely communicate goals, tasks, and requirements to the team.
- To lead effectively with the ability to earn trust.
- Decisiveness. Instead of relying on guesswork, you should have the ability to weigh up and understand options, whilst taking ownership.
- Cert CII desirable but not essential - We will pay for and support you in obtaining your CertCII upon completion of your probation period.
- Industry or product knowledge required

**Responsibilities of a Team Sales Leader**
- Delivery results against own personal sales targets, leading by example.
- Conducting impactful sales coaching with team members to maximise their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and sales skills.
- Conducting monthly touch base catch ups and daily buzz sessions to engage team and communicate expectations.
- Deliver training and support the sign off on competence of new starters.
- Working with other Teams on initiatives and relationships to benefit both the Department and Howden Health and Life
- Take responsibility for own personal development in terms of understanding the business, regulation, and the insurance industry, acting in accordance with current regulatory procedures, keeping up to date with any changes and sharing this knowledge with colleagues.
- Any other adhoc tasks required by the business

**Full Time opportunities available - 39 hours per week**
