Head of Sales - Full Time - Crawley, United Kingdom

Join our Utility Sales team within the Services division in the UK & Ireland as a Sales Manager to help us take our territory sales activities to the next level.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to accelerate growth
- Support the development and execution of growth initiatives
- Build and maintain profitable and scalable partnerships with customers
- Lead team development and talent management across areas of responsibility
- Ensure processes are in place to effectively communicate strategy and results within and across the territory sales team

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- 10 years of Utility Market experience
- Management/leadership experience in a sales/commercial organization
- Key customer relationship management
- Market awareness and analysis
- Commercial strategy development
- Commercial contracts & tendering

If you're experienced in leading and managing sales teams in the Utility sector with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability, take the next step and make the most of your leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
