**About the role**:
As Associate Director of Donor Experience, you will lead two high-performing areas of UCL’s Advancement team - Donor Relations and Events.

You will join the Advancement Leadership team at an incredibly exciting time as we plan for our biggest ever fundraising and engagement campaign. You will lead our stewardship strategy, and work in partnership with our relationship managers to ensure we deliver an exceptional experience to our prospects, donors and supporters.
- This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.

**About you**:
An excellent communicator, you will build a range of supporter journeys, executed through a high-performing and experienced team of professionals in donor relations and events. You will work closely with both the Advancement and Vice President/Provost offices to deliver stewardship and engagement experiences that build enduring relationships with UCL.

Innovative, creative and detail-orientated, you will partner our fundraisers to deliver bespoke engagement for our most significant supporters. You will have a particular focus on supporting work at the seven-figure level and above and will adopt a position of leadership and internal consultancy - both within the team and across UCL - to ensure an exceptional experience for our prospects and donors.
