This is a brilliant opportunity to join a renowned museum to support VIP patrons as their New Director’s Circle Officer based in London, working onsite.

**The role**:
The Director’s Circle Officer is responsible for the administration of the program. This new position involves the efficient delivery of all aspects of the Director’s membership scheme, assisting with the smooth running of DC events, the production of compelling communications, as well as direct liaison with donors and prospective members.

The postholder will work closely with the Director’s Circle Manager, to deliver this successful and engaging program.

**How you’ll dazzle us**:
Previous experience of working with donors is required.

Ideally you will have excellent interpersonal and written skills with the maturity to work with international, high-level donors. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility for delivering on actions, achieving high-standards and learning from mistakes. You should be open to change, new ideas and suggestions, looking for opportunities for improvement and self-development. Working with others outside their own department in a collaborative, understanding, and engaging way.

This role requires an excellent standard of written English and to be highly numerate with the ability to carry out complex numerical analysis. Experience of communicating clearly, with the ability to adapt your communication style for different groups as well as experience of using MS Office and other relevant IT systems to an intermediate / advanced level. You must also have a proven ability to manage a high workload and multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlines.

An interest and knowledge of Arts and Culture and enthusiasm for the museum, its mission and collections is highly desirable.
