Brightwell Dispensers Ltd have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide a pro-active and professional generalist HR service that supports our People Culture.

Brightwell Dispensers Group is a global designer and leading manufacturer of innovative soap, paper and chemical dispensers, dilution equipment and dosing systems. Based in the UK, we export to 85 countries worldwide, supported by a network of exclusive distributors. Our product ranges cover all hygiene environments such as away-from-home washrooms, healthcare and leisure facilities, on-premise and industrial laundries and professional kitchens.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional person who possesses excellent communication skills, the ability to demonstrate initiative and an open and positive approach. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate and develop your skills in Employee Relations and have an active involvement in the full spectrum of HR practices and challenges.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

- Working alongside the Group HR Manager to drive the alignment and execution of the People Strategies to attract, retain and enhance the contribution of employees to the business goals.
- Responsibility for managing ER cases and working with the Group HR Manager on complex cases.
- Liaising with Occupational Health partners on long term sickness and ill health assessments.
- Providing advice to Leadership on HR policies, practices and employment law.
- Supporting Leaders with disciplinary and grievance meetings.
- Mentoring and coaching the HR and Payroll Administrator.
- Deputising for the Gp HR Manager at meetings as required.

You will be able to demonstrate:

- A professional HR qualification e.g. CPP, part or fully CIPD qualified.
- At least 3-5 years generalist HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong influencing and coaching skills
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and integrity.
