We design and manufacture a range of specialist acoustic subsea sensors including multibeam and sidescan sonars, positioning beacons, and navigation systems. Our products are sold globally into offshore, Search & Rescue, and military markets.

To add to our growing team, we are seeking to recruit a **Customer Support Coordinator** to work within our Sales Department.

As our **Customer Support Coordinator**, it will be your responsibility to assist our sales team and support our customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to aftersales. You will ensure customer orders are processed and prioritised, are shipped correctly, and are delivered on time. You will correspond with customers seeking aftersales support and ensure they are kept informed regarding their stratus of order, delivery, repair etc.

You will:

- Be highly motivated to work within a small team.
- Be computer literate especially with the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
- Have a clear and concise telephone manner.
- Have excellent inter-personal communication skills both verbally and written.
- Have strong organisational skills.
- Be capable of working independently with good resource and time management skills.
- Be able to use initiative to prioritise and work efficiently.

Under the direction of the Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Answering and directing external phone calls.
- Processing Purchase Orders and prioritising Sales Orders.
- Monitoring the timely progress of Sales Orders through manufacturer.
- Arranging the dispatch of Sales Orders including booking couriers and generating shipping documentation.
- Monitoring the progress of in-transit Sales Orders, intervening as necessary to guarantee Customs clearance and timely delivery.
- Corresponding with customers regarding RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) items being returned, repaired, or repatriated.
- Assisting our sales team at international exhibitions and demonstrations.

This role is a full-time position and is based at our Low Wood offices near Ulverston, Cumbria, UK.
