We are recruiting for a PMO Project Support who shares our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

The successful post holder will be expected to provide High Quality project support to the planning and implementation of a number of IT/ Business Change projects.

You will be responsible for managing project office functions, ensuring deadlines are being met and that actions have been completed with a high level of professionalism. A high standard of note taking for Project Meetings including the arranging and preparations of meetings will be required.

Undertakes project administrative tasks to promote and support the efficient operation of the team including the development, implementation and maintenance of key project documentation to include: change control documentation, configuration management items, logging and follow up of risks and issue logs, updating project plans; stakeholder consultation plans; administration of systems and procedures; lessons learned registers, highlight reports

Sets up and maintains project files and administers document control systems. Creates and maintains a filing structure (electronic and paper) for each project supported according to agreed standards

Provides updates, advice and support, information requests and relevant data to a range of internal/external customers/stakeholders within the agreed timescales and formatted standard
