**Job Summary**:
**Your role will be scheduling projects for engineers. This will involve processing job packs, checking time sheets recording, company vehicles details and making sure jobs are run in a timely manner. excellent organisation skills and customer serviceskills are required.**

**Duties**:

- **Raising orders**:

- **Create and send order acknowledgements for scheduled projects**:

- **Checking the engineers time sheets against the software data base**:

- **Fleet administration**:

- **Scanning paper work**:

- **Maintain and update customer records on the CRM system**:

- **Liaise with an agreed customer contact for goods delivered to site**:

- **Answering incoming calls**

**Skills**:

- **Computer literate, with a working knowledge of Office365**:

- **A good listener and team player. Organised, methodical and able to work on own initiative.**:

- **To be able to provide an effective and courteous service.**:

- **A flexible approach to working arrangements ensuring that all work is completed within the allotted time frame.**
