**MOBILE Concierge and Safeguarding Officer (NIGHTS)**

**Area for post vacancy: Maidstone**

We specialise in the provision of support, concierge and safeguarding services to providers of supported housing for vulnerable people. This includes a variety of client groups such as young people, those suffering with mental health and homeless people as an example.

We are looking for people who have exceptional people skills and can demonstrate that you:

- have empathy with a range of vulnerable people

**The key aspects of the role include**:

- **Please note for insurance purposes, all applicants must be 30 years or over.**:

- A night shift on a 4 on 4 off rota (10 hour shifts, 20:00 till 06:00)
- Use of a company vehicle and company fuel card whilst working on shift
- A pay rate of £11.00 per hour
- Being mobile, you will receive handover and instructions from a base site and then drive to satellite sites to carry out monitoring checks, respond to incidents and/or emergencies as necessary.
- Responding to queries from residents and visitors
- Leading on any emergencies that may arise including liaising with emergency services as appropriate.
- Carrying out various building health and safety checks.
- Maintaining and recording all incidents or important occurrences and carry out effective handovers to the day staff.
- an **Enhanced DBS Certificate less than 3 years old (Essential)**:

- **Full and clean Driving Licence (Essential)**:

- **Be 30 years old or over (for insurance purposes)**:

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Weekend availability
