**The opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Credit & Collections Team based in Fareham. The team are responsible for collection activity across a defined portfolio of business accounts to ensure prompt payments are received. You will be responsible for maintaining the teams process and procedure documentation, delivery of performance reports, key contact for auditors and other internal/external parties, and other adhoc projects.

**What will you be doing?**
- Documenting, standardising and maintaining our department procedures & processes
- Identify areas of improvement and delivery of these
- Preparing and updating performance reports
- Creating operational reports for the Collections Team
- Act as a key point of contact with internal/external parties for the Collections Team
- Support the team in achieving targets
- Delivery of activity to scheduled timetable

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience within a Finance Operations function or a relevant business context.
- Previous experience of Credit Control would be advantageous, but not necessary
- Excellent team player
- Good experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Good organisational and analytical skill with an ability to prioritise
- A good level of numeracy and literacy with an ability to understand, evaluate and interpret data
