**Location: Hybrid - Remote & 3 days p/w in Harpur Hill, Buxton, SK17 9JN**

**As a **Project Coordinator, **your main responsibilities will be**:

- Keeping project(s) on track by understanding the aims, objectives, timescales, risks, budgets, constraints & dependencies - managing all of these factors to support delivery of project(s) to establish time & cost criteria.
- Understanding the projects - engaging with stakeholders to understand key elements of the project - inc. aims, objectives, workstreams, timescales, milestones etc.
- Sourcing & appointing suitable contractors to deliver projects - working within HSE procurement policies & practices.
- Monitoring & reporting on projects - tracking progress against objectives, timescales & milestones - monitoring compliance with H&S arrangements, working in conjunction with the Principal Designer, Contractor & on-site Facilities Management provider.
- Ensuring all required information & documentation at project completion stages is handed over from the contractor to HSE / on-site FM - producing project close & lessons learned report.

**You’ll have**:

- Demonstrable project support / coordination experience within small scale, construction industry projects.
- Excellent administration skills - reporting & documentation.
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience - internal & external.
- A relevant qualification in Facilities / Property Management / Project Management - desirable.- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
