**What You'll Do**

As a Software Implementation Associate at CGR, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' operational landscapes. Your technical skills, project management skills, and customer-centric approach will shine as you guide our clients through seamless SaaS implementations. From understanding client requirements to configuring systems, conducting training, and troubleshooting issues, you'll be the bridge between technology and success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute implementation plans.
- Understand client needs, translate them into system configurations, and ensure smooth data migration.
- Provide exceptional training and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our SaaS solutions.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the product operates flawlessly.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and resources for effective implementation and troubleshooting.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or experience.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to grasp software systems.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management abilities, ensuring timely and successful implementations.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize the user experience.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
