**About the Opportunity**
We have an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Content Admin Assistant to join our Content function of our fast-paced Marketing Department. We are looking for a passionate, highly organised individual with strong attention to detail to maintain our existing hotels and create descriptive and engaging content for our customers.
The role’s main focus will be to improve website conversion through writing, maintaining and optimising product descriptions across our holiday brands - On the Beach, Sunshine and Classic Package Holidays - to bring these products to life and help our customers book their perfect break. Your day to day goal will be to ensure that our travel products are optimised for sale across our platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Adding new product to our sites and ensuring that product descriptions are optimised for sale across our platforms
- Writing engaging and descriptive product copy
- Handling any urgent changes and errata
- Managing weekly hotel content errata
- Working with our Commercial team to maintain hotel descriptions to keep essential hotel information updated with any facility changes- Independently sourcing and verifying hotel information and imagery to maintain a high standard of accuracy
- Ensuring that all content supports our search engine optimisation strategy
- Where required, supporting the Content Manager in their delivery of content strategies across channels.
- Maintaining spreadsheets
**Knowledge, Experience & Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- To be highly proficient at proofreading and copywriting
- To be a collaborative and willing team player
- To be commercially aware and ideally, familiar with the travel industry
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience of working under pressure and meeting deadlines

**Ways of Working**
Our fulltime hours are 37.5 per week, but we don"t have rigid working hours so you can find the working pattern that"s right for you. We have core working hours between 10am - 4pm, so we can collaborate and enjoy the social side of work. We also have hybrid working so we all work from home and in the office. As a Marketing team we work 2 days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) in the office and the rest of the week from home.
