Medical Receptionist

An opportunity has arisen for a Medical Receptionist to join our team at our GP surgery in Ledbury.
This is an extremely busy but rewarding patient-facing role, as part of a friendly team working in both of our two clinical patient facing sites on Market Street in Ledbury.

We are seeking applicants who are committed to high quality patient-centered care, are enthusiastic, motivated and hard working, with excellent communication, team working, IT skills and a confident personality.

Previous experience in a customer service or public facing role is essential. (Previous experience in general practice or a health care environment is an advantage but full training will be given.)

Hours to be worked are as follows (a total of 20 hours per week):
Monday: 08:00 - 14:00

Thursday: 11:30 - 18:30

Friday: 11:30 - 18:30

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
