An opportunity has arisen for 2 Receptionists to join our team at our GP surgery in Ledbury.
This is a busy but rewarding patient-facing role as part of a friendly team working in both of our two clinical patient facing sites on Market Street in Ledbury.
We are seeking applicants who are committed to high quality patient-centred care, enthusiastic and hard working with excellent communication, team working and IT skills and a confident personality. Previous experience in a customer service or public facing role office is essential.

Previous experience in general practice or a health care environment is an advantage but full training will be given.

**Hours to work are fixed as follows:

Monday and Tuesday: 8am - 6.30 pm with 1 hour (unpaid) for lunch - 19 hours

**Position 2:

Monday and Tuesday: 8am - 6.30 pm with 1 hour (unpaid) for lunch

Wednesday: 12 - 6.30pm -(includes 20 minutes unpaid break) - 25.5 hours

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
