Receptionist

We are looking for a part-time (18-25 hours) Receptionist to join the Leadon Vale Veterinary Centre, Ledbury.

Responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Dealing with all telephone calls that come through to the reception line
- Setting up new clients and patients
- Preparation and maintenance of medical records
- Filling some prescriptions
- Over the counter sales
- Mailings
- Dealing with financial transactions
- Filing
- Ensuring the reception area and front office are kept clean and tidy
- Acquiring the relevant medical and legal information from clients

**Hours and package**
- Permanent
- £10.06 per hour
- 18-25 hours per week
