**You will be part of the back of house team working in our popular Mill restaurant.**

**Job purpose**: to support the chefs with basic cooking tasks, food preparation and wash up.

**Hours**:Either working an average of **42.25 **hours per week, (week1) 8am to 5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, (week 2) 8am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 8am to 4.30pm Sunday

OR **22.5 hours** Mon/Wed/Fri 8am to 5pm (week1) and Mon/Wed/Fri 9am to 5pm (week 2)

OR **17 hours** Thur/Fri 8am to 5pm (week1) and Fri 8-5 Sun 8-4.30 (week 2)

This can be a physically demanding role where you will be on your feet throughout your shift within a fast paced catering environment. The successful applicant will be:

- experienced working in a similar role within a busy catering environment is desirable but not essential
- willing to learn new skills to prepare and serve consistently good quality food is essential
- a great communicator
- energetic and enthusiastic with a real passion for quality food
- a proactive team player who can take responsibility and ownership
