We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Pension Administrator Retirement Services.

In this role, you will:

- Working closely with management and team members on role specific tasks, such as the end-to-end process of crystallizing benefits including performing calculations.
- Retirement Services Wealth Business Services is to be responsible for completing the administration on HSBCs Self-Invested Personal Pension.
- Delivering a best in best class of service is paramount to HSBC.
- You will also be required to train junior colleagues and be willing to get involved / leading in ad-hoc projects.
- Appropriate escalation of issues to management especially those with regulatory/reputational/ financial risk.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

- A demonstrable background in self-invested personal pension
- Worked with Delta’s SIPP~Pro software.
- Have a proven track record of training and developing pears within the wider team
- Extensive knowledge of the current market
