**Main Purpose of Job**
To manage day to day access to the Group and Managed Tower partner sites via the companies bespoke systems ensuring a smooth and efficient process, taking regard to operating parameters of landlord partners. Dealing with everyday customer access issues and taking ownership of such issues.

**Key Accountabilities**
1. Day to Day Access Management
- Managing reactive and planned access requests across Group and Managed sites considering access limitations on site.
- Checking and approving RAMS for ground level and at height as specified in the method statement approval process - escalating upgrades and build works to ensure rights and legalities.
- Escalating Health and Safety / Maintenance issues that arise on site through the correct channel as outlined by internal Accident and Reporting Procedure.
- Liaising with supply chains, booking supervisors, and ensuring paperwork is issued with all relevant access instructions and any ticket requests.
- Assisting engineers / contractors with the access process and dealing with any access queries prior to escalation to the Regional Manager

2. End of Month Reporting and Invoicing
- Answering Invoice queries from Accounts and the Regional Manager.
- Weekly/monthly reporting on cost control, FE/FA rate comparisons, visit statistics and any operational issues.

3. Systems Management
- To have an in-depth familiarity of all the company’s systems.
- Creating New Users through the OCAMS system and feeding this information back to the requestor.
- Updating Siterra with site combination codes / Access information that is provided by the supply chain on completion of supervision.
- Updating and resolving open defects on sites via the defect management tool.
- Ensuring any new steelwork installs are captured and required information reported to Regional Manager / updating asset tracking tool.
- To have an in-depth familiarity with third party systems such as DAS contractor trackers, external portals & any other external system used to process requests.
- Requesting additional sites be added to the system where applicable.
- Populating Siterra with site photographs / Access videos following site visits.

4. Supply Chain Management
- To report KPI failures via the system entering any date movement data / liaising with the
- Relationship Manager regarding failure to provide a supervisor, electricity meter readings and rubbish not removed from site.

**Knowledge, Skills And Experience**
Business Knowledge
- Understanding of end to end process/systems/revenue & costs of access
- Knowledge of Commercial discussions - impact to site access - legal or technology specific
- Knowledge of Subcontractor contracts, costs and performance criteria
- Knowledge of all landlord partner specific protocols

Essential Functional / Technical Skills
- Communication skills - presenting to Access Manager
- Analytical skills - contract assistance, statistical & financial
- Proficiency in using all Microsoft Applications and the Internet in particular OCAMS/Siterra
- Personal Attributes / Competencies
- Team Leader - Ability to manage contractors
- Customer Focus - high levels of customer service expected
- Team Working - interface with Commercial, Asset & PM functions
- Using own initiative to resolve customer, sub-contractor or landlord partner issues
