**Pay Rate**: £28,254 annually (£14.69 per hour)

**Location**: Solihull Princes Way
**Hours**: 37 per week
**Shifts**: 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm (Mon - Fri)
**Flexible Working**: 2 days in office, 3 days remote (Tuesday mandatory office day)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct B2B debt collection in a fast-paced setting
- Effectively manage high volumes of debt with a focus on specific accounts
- Utilize essential skills such as credit control, debt book management, ledger reconciliation, cash chasing, and query resolution

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous credit control experience preferred
- Desirable qualifications: CICM and CM certifications
- Proficiency in outbound call making
- Comfortable and confident engaging in phone communication

**Interview Process**:

- Teams interview format
- 1-hour duration including competency-based and scenario-based questions

**Pre-Qualifications Desired**:

- Proactive, competitive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Driven by success in collecting and securing payments
- Passion for making and handling calls
