**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Lead development and execution of Radius’s internal and external corporate communications plan
- Employ internal communications strategies to inform and engage employees
- Promote awareness and advocacy of the global business vision, strategy and objectives
- Generate PR with key stakeholders and media of the company’s latest news
- Contribute to and advise on the internal and external communications strategy.
- Plan and manage the calendar of internal and external communications.
- Execute effective internal communications from brief to delivery across the full mix of communications channels, from display media and events to internal social media.
- Push relevant company news to outside stakeholders and media for broader awareness
- Report on and analyse effectiveness of communications, identifying and exploiting opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain a library of communications for storage and audit purposes.
- Proactively engage and liaise with stakeholders to help achieve business aims through internal and external communications.

- Strong interpersonal abilities inc. Stakeholder relationship management.
- Ability to quickly absorb and process knowledge
- Experience working for medium and large organisations delivering marketing communications that adds value and supports employee engagement, growth and retention.
- Proven experience of strategic development and tactical delivery - planning, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating successful communications strategies and tactics.
- Can write and tailor content for specific audiences that demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needs.
- Experience of content planning, editorial control and delivery.
- Agency management experience.
