With a trusted brand and a strong heritage in healthcare, we think we're uniquely placed to help change the landscape of healthcare in the UK for the better.- We're looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to join our Denplan Clinical Services team.- In this varied role, you’ll provide our dental practices and internal teams with specialist support, advice and training to ensure Clinical compliance and governance. A central responsibility will be supporting and mentoring dental practices to ensure they’re operating in a compliant manner in line with CQC, HIS, HIW, RQIA and other dental regulatory and governing bodies - and you will need to travel to practices from time to time to provide this support. Day-to-day, you’ll also support the wider Clinical Services team with the processing of trauma claims.Key responsibilities include:
- Support practices through their Denplan Compliance Health check. You’ll analyse results to provide feedback, guidance and support on areas that require improvement, to ensure that practices are operating in line with guidance from regulatory bodies.
- Act as the primary business point of contact for dental compliance queries.
- Engaging with varied stakeholders including practices, the wider Clinical Services team, and Sales teams - to ensure Clinical governance issues and future requirements and qualified and understood
- Provide compliance mentoring and support to dental teams on the Denplan Excel programme
- Write clinical training modules for Denplan’s Learning Management System
- Assist the wider team with the processing of trauma claims
- Provide support and clinical guidance to the Clinical Claims and Support Specialist Handler
- Manage the communication of compliance requirements into the business and out to dental practices

**About You**:
***

This role will suit someone who’s keen to use their dental background and specialist knowledge to the benefit of Denplan and dental practices from a compliance and clinical governance perspective.
- You’ll need to have:

- Understanding and knowledge of the principles of clinical governance and compliance in dentistry
- Good understanding of the Denplan business and how it operates
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders (including CQC, GDC, member and non-member dentists)
- Self-driven organisation and planning skills
- Data-driven, with proven ability to gather and analyse data in order to inform decisions
- A commitment to customer excellence, with some customer-facing experience
- The commitment and ability to travel to practices when required to provide face to face support and mentoring
- Ideally you’ll also have:

- Experience as a dental care professional, through which you’ll have had some first-hand experience of dental practice compliance
