**Job Summary**

We have an exciting opportunity available for an Airport Centre Coordinator to join the Heathrow Airport Operation team. To be the main point of contact between the company and the main client Giving support to the following departments: Airport Resolution Centre, Flight Management Unit, Aircraft Dispatch Management, stand planning, Loading Control, Engineering and Aircraft Movements.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Being the main point of contact between the company and the main client
- Giving support to the following departments: Airport Resolution Centre, Flight, Management Unit, Aircraft Dispatch Management, stand planning, Loading
- Control, Engineering and Aircraft Movements
- Attending daily meetings and communicating any transport issues
- Communicating with Airport Operations Manager regarding various queries both for the live and future operation
- Following and coordinating the live operation
- Monitoring aircraft changes and communicating to all relevant departments, checking catering figures, aircraft types, departure and arrival times, aircraft movements throughout the terminals
- Communicating any issues that could impact in the operations
- Support for Dispatch and Flight Coordinators
- Passionate and attention to detail
