We’re looking for a** Front of House Receptionist/Office Manage**r to join our Leeds HQ, on a **6-12 month FTC**

**About the role**:

- ** Communication with Third-Party Providers**: You will maintain regular communication with third-party providers, such as vendors and service providers.
- ** Stock Management**: You will be responsible for the upkeep of office supplies and inventory
- ** General Office Management**: You will manage the day-to-day operations of the third and fourth floor office space.
- ** Visitor Management**: You will be responsible for greeting visitors to the office, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
- ** Compliance**: You will be responsible for ensuring that the office is compliant with all office policies and procedures.
- ** Office Events**:You will also at times be required to coordinate the logistics for CM events and social occasions.

**About you**:

- You’ve got **experience in a Front of House, Receptionist or Office Management role**, a commercial office environment
- You’re **highly organised**, with strong administration and time management skills
- You’re a **great communicator **and enjoy building rapport
- You have a **professional and discreet approach**:

- You’re proactive and enjoy** maintaining high standards**
