RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Birmingham for a Housing Customer Service Officer.

This is a full time, temporary role initially for 3-6 months and offers a pay rate of £11.79.

**Main Duties**:

- Acting as the point of all front of house and inbound contact and communication with the organisation, including reception and visitor liaison.
- Provide an effective and efficient service to ensure a professional and responsive service to our customers and visitors.
- Provide guidance, advice and where necessary signpost and assist our customers to resolve any queries, report any information, receive feedback and to take any other action required to provide a professional service and excellent customer care.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous experience of a customer facing role, delivering excellent customer service within a Housing Sector environment is desirable
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident speaking with people over the phone making outbound and taking inbound calls from tenants and 3rd party managing agents.
- Able to work collaboratively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay calm in difficult situations and influence positive outcomes
